Muriel Palace

Muriel’s adventure began in September 1964. Her passion for hairdressing led her to train in a salon in rue de l’échelle in Paris’s 2 nd arrondissement, near the opera, an area she has never left to this day.

She has always worked in the most beautiful salons in this area, and will have her own salon there in the 90s, close to Place Vendôme, surrounded by diamonds and other precious stones.

Taking part in the presentation of the most prestigious jewelry collections of the brands located on this square, she joined the Comité Vendôme (an association of shopkeepers and businesses in and around the Place Vendôme).

Muriel Palace’s reputation quickly spread in the area, and the Ritz Hotel soon asked her to work as a freelance hairstylist back up.

This adventure lasted 18 years, during which time she shared her expertise with famous clients visiting the legendary hotel.
A real craze for her led all the beautiful hotels in Paris to call o n her: Meurice, Park Hyatt, Fouquet’s, George V, Bristol…

But success didn’t stop there. At the same time, France Télévision contacted her to ask her to do the hair of announcers and tennis players during the Rolland Garros tournaments.

At the same time, she developed a business that was still in its early stages at the time: home hairdressing for brides.

She had a stand at the most prestigious wedding salon in France: the Carrousel du Louvre. There, she met some of the most fashionable wedding dress designers, including the legendary Max Chaoul, with whom she worked for over 20 years.

Since hairstyling goes hand in hand with make up, she met Frédéric, and invited him to join her on this adventure.

Frédéric Leignadier

A graduate of the Forum Make up school in Paris, and the IPC section of Siadep in Lens (Thierry Mugler class of 1994), Frédéric is co founder of Agence 07.

In 1995, Yves Saint Laurent Parfums invited him to join its team of make up artists for a special event. It was the start of a promising career in the world of luxury make up. Chanel, Guerlain, Givenchy, Dior… all sought his services to promote their make up lines in France and abroad (Europe, Asia, Usa…)

In the early 2000s, he took advantage of the wave of new professional brands to refine his technique and become one of Paris’s leading make up artists and animators.

His skills in beauty and his ability to work with people led him to set up his own business in 2002: Poudre Emoi. He then began to meet the needs of private clients (weddings, make up lessons…), as well as corporate clients (luxury hotels, works councils, event organizing companies…).

Very soon after the creation of this personal structure, his path crossed that of Muriel Palace in the corner of a corridor in 2005.

Agence 07

Agence 07 found its first customers around 2010. Highly sought after by the concierge services of Parisian luxury hotels, it was at this time that the brand new Clarins Spa at the Royal Monceau asked them to manage hair and make up requests for their beauty salon.

Requests for wellness care also increased, prompting Agence 07 to create a team of masseurs and masseuses…

Thanks to this new team, other Parisian spas soon called on Agence 07: the Fouquet’s spa, the Ritz Health club and the brand new Peninsula spa, which opened at the end of 2014.

The Agence 07 concept was launched, leaving the founders no time to intervene themselves. Muriel is the switchboard operator, and Frédéric manages the business…

As Agence 07’s reputation grew, concierge company John Paul approached them in 2015, asking them to provide in room pampering for some of Dior’s VIP clients on their way to the fashion show. These pampering interventions for luxury brands have evolved extremely rapidly, and have exploded since 2017… and Agence 07 with it…

Thanks to the development of its IT tool specially adapted to this kind of intervention, Agence 07 can meet the wildest requests from the agencies it works for, including Hopscotch, Grand Luxury Experiences, 1889 Experience… working for the most famous luxury brands: Chanel / Dior / Louis Vuitton / Cartier / Van Cleef and Arpels / Givenchy…

Today , Agence 07 can bring together more than a hundred artists simultaneously for large scale pampering operations in Paris and on the French Riviera.
